What helps me reply faster
- Website address: for an existing website, the link is all I need. I check everything else myself.
- Goal: a new website, an online shop, a repair, maintenance, SEO or automation. One sentence is enough.
- Deadline and budget: a rough idea is fine. For larger projects, a short description of the requirements helps.
- Urgent problem: the fastest way is a phone call or a WhatsApp message with a screenshot.
