SEO services for businesses

SEO is work spread over time, not a one-off “SEO set-up” from a list of services. The concrete answer to “when?” is this: the first movements in the results usually show after two to three months, and stable results after half a year. That is why I work on your website continuously: an action plan for the first six months, then a plan for each following month, changes made as I go and a report that shows both progress and areas without change.

  • Ranking report every 30 days
  • Monthly billing, no annual contract
  • No promises of a specific place on Google
  • Plans from €500 net/month

Scope

Five routes to visibility

Clients come to me with different needs: to be found in their own town, to reach customers in Poland, to enter a foreign market, to get enquiries straight away from adverts, or first to find out what is blocking their website today. Each of these has its own page here, with a description of the work and what I need to start. This page covers SEO for customers across the whole country, with the plans further down.

Where to start?

One question and you know which kind of SEO to start with

Tell me where your customers look for you, and I will point you to the page with the scope of work and what I need to start. The plan prices are the same for local SEO, nationwide SEO, SEO for the Polish market and international SEO. Google Ads campaigns and the audit have their own prices.

  1. Customers
  2. Service

Where should customers find you?

How I work

Four steps that repeat every month

I do the first step once, at the start. I carry out the other three in every month of our work together, and they decide the results of the SEO work. The order is not accidental: without an analysis, every plan is guesswork.

  1. Audit to start

Before I change anything, I check where you stand: what Google has indexed, which pages get impressions today, how the website performs technically and who ranks for your keywords. The result is a list of keywords to monitor and a list of things to fix, ordered by what will bring results soonest.

  2. Plan for the month

I choose the keywords together with you, because you know what you actually sell, and I can see where there is a chance within a reasonable time. The plan says plainly which pages I optimise, which texts I write and in what order. I usually start with pages that already get some impressions. That is the shortest route to the first clicks.

  3. Changes every month

Technical fixes, rewritten titles and descriptions, new texts, structured data, internal linking and, in the higher plans, backlinks from other websites. I make the changes on your website as I go. I do not wait for the end of the month. If something needs your decision or material from you, I tell you in advance.

  4. Report every 30 days

The positions of the monitored keywords, traffic data from Search Console and a list of the work done that month. The report also shows months without any change in the results. They happen, especially at the start, and I would rather name them plainly than explain later why the numbers look different from the forecast.

Pricing

Three monthly plans

My prices are public, because SEO is a recurring service: you know in advance how many texts I write, how many keywords I monitor and what goes into the report. I invoice all plans monthly.

I recommend working together for at least 6 months, although the contract has no minimum term. For online shops I prepare an individual quote; the scope depends on the number of products and the competition. All prices are net, excluding VAT. The offer is for businesses only.

Choosing a plan

Plans matched to your business

The difference between the plans comes down to the amount of work each month, and that should match how many competitors you have and how large an area you are competing for. Buying a larger plan “just in case” with one town and three competitors is simply overpaying, and I will tell you so in the first conversation.

OneNet SEO Standard: a local website that needs to be found

A medical practice, a workshop, an accountancy firm or a small service business with one town to serve. I optimise the home page and one category, two texts are written every month, I monitor up to 20 keywords and send a report every 30 days. I write content for AI answers already in this plan. It is a plan for businesses that do not have fifteen competitors nearby fighting for the same keywords.

OneNet SEO Plus: a business with real competition in its region

Several competitors within fifty kilometres (about thirty miles), an offer split into several services, customers who also search in neighbouring towns. I provide full content optimisation, four texts a month, one local landing page, one backlink a month and monitoring of up to 50 keywords. Google Business Profile management is included as well.

OneNet SEO Max: nationwide keywords or several locations

A manufacturer selling across the whole country, a company with branches in several towns, a brand competing for keywords that more than ten thousand people search for every month. Six texts a month, two landing pages, structured data, two backlinks a month, a competitor analysis, Google Business Profile management and monitoring of up to 100 keywords.

Visibility in AI answers

When a model gives the answer, not a list of results

Some customers no longer look through ten blue links on Google. They ask AI Overviews in Google, ChatGPT or Perplexity and get a ready-made answer with sources. The texts that end up in those sources are the ones that can be quoted: specific, with numbers and a clearly stated question at the start of the paragraph.

  • The answer comes first

Every section of the text starts with the answer to a concrete question and only then explains it. A model that takes a passage to quote uses the first sentences, so if they are only an introduction, there is nothing to quote.

  • Numbers instead of adjectives

“Fast turnaround” means nothing and cannot be quoted. “A company website in 3 to 4 weeks” can. Specific values, deadlines and prices are what models quote most readily.

  • FAQs written for real questions

Questions worded the way customers ask them, with a short answer under each one. I also add structured data, so that machines can read the structure of the questions and answers too.

Content prepared for AI answers is part of every SEO plan, including OneNet SEO Standard. I do not promise a place in AI Overviews or a citation in ChatGPT: nobody controls that, and the rules change from month to month. What I promise is a way of writing that gives your content that chance and also works in the classic search results, because both reward exactly the same thing: specific information.

Results

Results of my SEO work

Clients I have looked after for a long time: clicks from Google, the average position of the whole domain and the number of keywords in the top 3 and top 10. The same month year on year, from Search Console and Ahrefs, so these are numbers that cannot be improved just by changing the way they are counted. The clients are anonymised, because some of them work in the same industry and in the same market.

Markets

The UK, Ireland and other markets

I work remotely with companies in the UK and the EU, among them a chain of tattoo and piercing studios in the UK and education organisations in Belgium. I do SEO locally, nationwide and in foreign markets, for any industry.

Local SEO has one feature worth knowing about before the start: on Google Maps, the physical distance between the business and the person searching counts for a lot. My own Business Profile has no chance of the top three on the map in a city sixty kilometres (about 37 miles) from my office, and I do not claim otherwise. There, the organic results count, and those are built with content and links. You will have the same conversation with me about your town: I show you where you can realistically compete on the map and where it makes more sense to focus on the ordinary search results. I describe the rules for this split on the Local SEO page. If your customers are not tied to any town, because you ship goods or work remotely, the right choice is SEO across the whole country, which this page covers.

SEO rarely works in isolation. A slow website loses rankings however many texts are written for it, and I cover speed and code under Websites. A website without updates and backups can disappear from the results after a single hack, so with an SEO plan I offer WordPress maintenance at 20% off. If you are not yet sure whether SEO makes sense for your business at all, start with an SEO audit. After the audit, the conversation about a plan is more specific.

FAQ

Questions about SEO

Seven things clients ask about before signing the contract, most often timelines, access, billing and what exactly happens during the thirty days.

How soon does SEO show results?

The first movements in the results usually show after 2 to 3 months, and stable results after half a year, which is why I recommend working together for at least six months. Long-tail and local keywords react faster, and general keywords that a whole industry competes for react more slowly. Nobody who works honestly will promise you a specific place on Google, because the order is decided by an algorithm that no provider fully controls. You get a report on the results of the work every 30 days, so you do not have to take my word for it.

How do the contract and billing work?

The contract is open-ended, with one month’s notice, and I invoice you every month. There are no start-up fees, no penalties for cancelling and no annual commitments paid in advance. Six months is my recommendation, based on how Google works, not a clause that binds you. Cancelling after three months is your right, although I will then point out that the work has not yet had time to show in the results.

What exactly do I get each month?

The changes made on your website, as many new texts as your plan includes and a report after 30 days. The report shows the positions of the monitored keywords compared with the previous month, impressions and clicks from Search Console, the list of work done in the past month and the plan for the next month, based on the latest data and a conversation with you. At the start of our work together, you get an action plan for the first six months. There is also ongoing contact: if something in the results changes suddenly, I tell you straight away, without waiting for the report date.

Why do you quote online shops separately?

Because a shop involves many times more work, and the scope depends on the product catalogue. Three hundred products need a different amount of work from three thousand: category descriptions, unique product descriptions, filters that generate hundreds of URLs, pagination, variants, unavailable products and structured data for offers. At that scale, a plan price based on a company website would be an estimate without any basis, so I quote a shop after checking the state of the website and the competition.

Do you do SEO for websites you did not build?

Yes, and that is common. I start with an audit, because I need to know what I am working with: which theme and plugins the website uses, whether titles and headings can be edited freely and whether indexing has been blocked since the website went live. If I come across things that need changes to the code, I tell you what has to be fixed and how long it will take. Sometimes the technical state has to be repaired before SEO starts, and then I start with that.

Do you also run Google Ads campaigns?

Yes, as a separate service with separate billing: you pay the advertising budget directly to Google, and campaign management costs from €300 net per month (I give you the exact amount after analysing the account). Adverts bring enquiries from the first day and show which keywords customers actually respond to, while SEO builds visibility that stays after the campaign is switched off. I usually combine the two: adverts at the start and in the busy season, SEO as ongoing work on the website.

What access do you need to start?

An administrator account for your website, access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics (or your consent to set them up) and, for local SEO, access to your Google Business Profile. You grant all access to my own account and can remove it with one click at any time. I do not ask for your passwords and I do not create accounts in my name. Without access to Search Console I have no numbers to work with, because it is the only source of real data on impressions.
