Every job goes through the same four steps, whether it is a website, an online shop, SEO or an AI solution.
The first conversation covers your goal, where things stand now and the deadline. I ask only as much as I need to decide what should be built and how best to do it.
I choose the technology, the plan and the hosting to fit the project and explain each recommendation, so you know why I suggest it.
You get the stages of work, the deadline and a clear list of what the price includes and what would cost extra. I start once you have approved the quote.
I work in a staging environment, and AI projects start with a pilot. Once you approve the result, I put it live and the cooperation continues.
Working model
OneNet is a one-person business. From the quote to delivery, you deal with the person who does the work, with no sales staff, project managers or ticket queue in between.

I quote every website and online shop individually. The price depends on the scope, meaning the number of pages, the features and whether you need an online shop. After a conversation and a short brief, you get a quote with every stage listed and nothing left to be agreed later. I usually take a 25% deposit at the start and the rest after launch. Every website and shop includes two rounds of corrections to the design, two to the finished website, a 12-month guarantee on my work and the first 3 months of maintenance (OneNet Admin Plus for websites, OneNet Admin Shop Plus for shops) and of OneNet SEO Plus.
A company website usually takes 3 to 4 weeks after you approve the design, and a larger website or an online shop 6 to 10 weeks. Delays most often come from waiting for content and photos, so if you have them ready, the work goes faster. I deal with urgent WordPress repairs within 24 to 48 hours, even when other projects are in progress.
Yes. I choose hosting to suit the project, help you pick a domain and set up DNS, the SSL certificate and email. You register the domain in your company’s name so that it stays yours, and I take care of the settings. Hosting can be bought from me or from any provider you choose, and either way the account is in your name. If you stay with your current provider, I work in your account.
You get a 12-month guarantee on my work. The first 3 months of OneNet Admin Plus (OneNet Admin Shop Plus for online shops, OneNet Admin Static Plus for websites without a CMS) and OneNet SEO Plus are included at no extra cost. After that, you decide whether to continue with maintenance and SEO. Ongoing maintenance covers updates, backups, monitoring and hours of work for ongoing changes: OneNet Admin costs €100 net per month, OneNet Admin Plus €200 and OneNet Admin Max €300. Without a plan, I charge for the hours actually worked. All prices are net, excluding VAT. The offer is for businesses only.
Yes, this is common. I start with an audit of the code, plugins, updates, security and backups. You then get a list of what needs fixing, in order of priority and with costs. Once the website is in order, regular maintenance can start. I only recommend a rebuild when there is a reason for it.
You receive an invoice in euro from Poland, payable within 7 days. EU companies with a valid VAT number: reverse charge. Companies outside the EU, including the UK: invoice without VAT. Payment by bank transfer in euro or PayPal. For projects I take a 25% deposit and the rest after launch, and I split larger projects into stages. SEO and maintenance plans are billed monthly. The offer is for businesses only.
No, I am based in Poland. For years I have worked for companies in Poland and Germany, and I also work remotely for companies in the UK and the EU, among them a chain of tattoo and piercing studios in the UK and education organisations in Belgium.
