Orford recruits workers from abroad for companies all over Poland. It manages its job listings in the Elevato recruitment system, and its website used to display them through the provider’s official widget. This was an embedded script whose look could not be adapted to the new graphic design, and Google could hardly see its content, because the content was only generated in the browser. The client had finished designs for the new website in Adobe XD and expected a build that matched them to the pixel, including the job list and the single job page.

I built the website in WordPress from the client’s designs. Instead of the widget, the job listings are handled by a custom plugin that I wrote from scratch:
- It fetches the jobs from the Elevato API and caches them on the server, so the access token never reaches the browser.
- The job list and each individual job appear as ordinary HTML pages. Every job can be indexed and has JobPosting structured data.
- Filtering, pagination and a search box that makes suggestions after three characters all work without reloading the page.
- Photos for the jobs, which the API does not return, are assigned in the admin panel, either to a specific job or to a whole category.
- Titles and descriptions of the job pages work with the SEO plugin installed on the website, without duplicate tags.
After the launch, I coded the integration of the job list with Meta Pixel, which the client’s advertising agency uses.
I build the website’s visibility in Google as part of ongoing SEO work.

Each job listing looks exactly as it does in the design and is a separate indexable page with structured data. The website receives ongoing technical maintenance and SEO work, and it is being extended with further elements from the design.
