Mebiq designs and builds made-to-measure kitchens, wardrobes and fitted furniture for sloping ceilings. The quality of the work only shows in photos of completed projects, and the previous website could not present them properly and did not collect quote requests. Mebiq needed a website that would show the workshop as it really is and lead visitors to one action: ordering a free measurement and quote.

Solution
I started with the graphic design, which has a dark look, large photos of completed projects and one clear quote button, already visible on the first screen. For the build, I used WordPress and set it up so that the client adds new projects without my help: uploading the photos and assigning them to a furniture category is enough. The quote form collects only the information needed to arrange a measurement, so the number of fields does not put anyone off.
I wrote the website content myself, covering descriptions of the workshop, the pages for each type of furniture and texts built around the questions customers bring when they ask for a quote. After the launch, I prepared an SEO strategy for the local markets where the workshop sells, and the client and I moved on to ongoing work on visibility in Google. I describe the general terms of this kind of work on the local SEO page.

The website presents the projects in a way that matches the quality of the furniture, and quote requests reach the client from one predictable place. It is kept up to date and developed along with the workshop’s range, and new projects appear in the gallery without my involvement.
